There was meeting information that helped with student relationships. The biggest item was that most students who are discipline problems have poor grades. Several of my biggest offenders ended up classified as special needs and were removed. Those few that remained, I changed my way of thinking, and tried to get them to be more successful academically, so their behavior would be less disruptive.
