Community Resource / Innovation Booth Requirements

By purchasing this booth space, I acknowledge that Community Resource / Innovation Booth participation is intended for educational resources, outreach organizations, demonstrations, community engagement activities, innovation-focused participation, informational services, and approved interactive experiences.

I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible and liable for my participation, operations, products, services, demonstrations, activities, staff, volunteers, equipment, materials, guests, and any related conduct associated with my booth or participation in the event.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quarantine Racism Educational Services, the City of Burlington, its departments, officials, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries, costs, expenses, or legal actions arising out of or related to my participation, operations, products, services, activities, negligence, or conduct connected to the event.

I understand that participation may require compliance with applicable permits, approvals, licenses, inspections, safety requirements, operational restrictions, and insurance requirements as determined by Quarantine Racism Educational Services, the City of Burlington, Burlington County, the State of New Jersey, or other applicable authorities.

Failure to comply with applicable requirements or provide requested documentation may result in denial of participation, removal from the event, or cancellation without refund.
