Community Service Verification

Students who need verification for school community service programs may request a signed confirmation of volunteer hours.

Verification may include:

volunteer supervisor signature
• event confirmation letter
• documentation of hours served

Schools may require additional forms.

Students should bring any school verification forms to the event if required.
