Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor in the Black Learners Matter Too™ Math & Educational Equity Expo, presented by Quarantine Racism Educational Services.

The Expo connects students and families with businesses, professionals, educational institutions, community organizations, and other exhibitors who can help them discover how mathematics connects to careers, entrepreneurship, technology, financial literacy, healthcare, skilled trades, business, higher education, and everyday life.

Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. All exhibitor applications are reviewed by QRES to ensure alignment with the educational purpose and goals of the Expo. Approved applicants will receive an acceptance email with instructions for completing exhibitor registration and payment.

EXHIBITOR SPACE IS LIMITED

A maximum of 20 exhibitor spaces are planned for the BLMT™ Math & Educational Equity Expo.

Exhibitor Space & Requirements

Each exhibitor will be assigned a 6-foot-wide space designed to accommodate one standard 6-foot table.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own:

  • 6-foot table

  • Table covering

  • Displays and signage

  • Promotional and educational materials

  • Equipment and supplies needed for their exhibit

All exhibitor materials and activities must remain within the assigned space. Additional space is not included.

Please note: Tables, chairs, and display equipment are not provided by the Expo organizers.

Section 6 — On-Site Sales Policy

No Direct Sales

Rowan College at Burlington County does not permit direct sales of goods or services during the event. Exhibitors may showcase their organization, programs, products, services, educational resources, or other approved offerings, but no direct sales transactions may take place during the Expo.
