Pre-packed Food Vendor — $125

-Vendor provides fully sealed, ready-to-sell food items with no on-site preparation or handling

-Vendor provides tent, table, and chairs
-Placement based on safety and park regulations
-Vendors handle all required city and county food permits

Food Vendor / Food Truck Space$275
• Space for food trucks and food service operations
• Placement based on safety and park regulations
• Vendors handle all required city and county food permits

Community Resource / Non-Sales Table$50
• For community and educational organizations

Booth fees help cover event logistics, park usage, and operations.
Fees are collected after approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.


Food Vendor Capacity Notice

Food vendor and food truck participation is limited to ensure safety, spacing, and vendor success.

Applications are reviewed to maintain:
• Variety of cuisine
• Adequate spacing and pedestrian flow
• Compliance with park and safety guidelines

Submitting an application does not guarantee a food vendor space.

Booth Spaces
Booths are available in designated areas of the Burlington Riverfront Promenade. All spaces are outdoors.

Standard Booth Size
• 10×10 space
• Vendor provides tent, table, and chairs

Pre-packed Food Vendor
• 10×10 space
• Vendor provides tent, table, and chairs

Larger Booths / Food Trucks
• Space needs must be clearly described in the application
• Placement depends on park layout, safety requirements, and city regulations


How Booths Are Assigned

Booth Assignment Process
Booth placement is determined by the event organizer based on:
• Vendor type
• Space requirements
• Safety and fire regulations
• City and Parks & Recreation guidelines

Booth assignments are final and will be communicated prior to the event.
Requests are considered but not guaranteed.


Fees, Deadlines & What Happens Next

After You Apply

  1. -Submit the vendor application
  2. -Application is reviewed by Quarantine Racism Educational Services (QRES)
  3. -Approved vendors receive a confirmation email
  4. -Booth fee payment instructions are sent (if applicable)
  5. -Final booth location, setup instructions, and arrival times are emailed before the event

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or a specific booth location.


Rules That Affect Booths

Booth Rules
• Vendors must remain within assigned space
• No subleasing or sharing booths without approval
• No blocking walkways or emergency access
• Setup and breakdown must follow assigned times
