Participation Expectations

Participation in the Classroom Relationship Cohort Forum is an essential component of the professional learning experience. Participants are expected to engage in substantive, reflective dialogue that demonstrates thoughtful application of course concepts to their educational context.

Each contribution should:

• Reflect engagement with course materials
• Incorporate relevant concepts, frameworks, or research presented in the course
• Offer constructive insight, inquiry, or practical application
• Maintain a respectful, equity-centered tone in all interactions

Participants are encouraged to respond to colleagues in ways that extend discussion, deepen analysis, and promote professional growth. Brief or perfunctory responses (e.g., “I agree”) do not meet participation expectations.

The forum is intended to function as a collaborative professional learning community grounded in mutual respect, critical reflection, and continuous improvement.
