Pre-Packed Food Vendor Compliance Requirement

By purchasing this vendor space, I acknowledge that food vendors, food trucks, caterers, concessionaires, pre-packaged food vendors, and individuals distributing food may be subject to Burlington City Fire Safety requirements, Burlington County Health Department regulations, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, and other applicable local and State of New Jersey regulations.

I understand that I am solely responsible for obtaining and complying with all required permits, approvals, licenses, inspections, fire safety requirements, health department requirements, insurance certificates, and regulatory obligations associated with my operation.

Pre-packaged food vendors may still be subject to health department or other regulatory requirements depending on the products being distributed or sold.

Failure to obtain or comply with required approvals, permits, licenses, insurance, inspections, or regulatory requirements prior to the event may result in denial of participation or removal from the event without refund.
