Week 2 – Promoting Positive Racial Teacher Student Classroom Relationships

The Original Transformation Model includes:

Self-Identity is accomplished through developing an individual vision.

Primary level educators should work with children to develop a shared vision.

The Modified Transition Model Includes:

Dysfunctional executive organizational relationships can trickle down to lower-level employees. 

According to Wheatly (1999), participative Mangement focuses on relationships seen and unseen, information sharing and deciphering, and self-organization. 

Self-reference is not a self-organizational process in which when a system shifts and needs to change, it will change in such a manner that the system remains consistent with itself by choosing a future path that the system believes is consistent with who it has been in the past (Wheatley, 1999).

Participative Management is not part of the leadership journal. 

Developing a Shared Vision is a democratic process where participants vote on the best Shared Vision. 

A shared Vision facilitator should have all participants read their vision and place one of the keywords on the easel paper or chalkboard.
